The 2008 ARPU Convention Race is a "OPEN RACE" There is no separation of local area flyers and out of area flyers. All Racing Pigeon enthusiasts are eligible to participate in the 2008 ARPU Convention Race. Local area flyers may not handle their own birds. Must be in good standing in their local and National organizations.

This is the definition of  eligible "Local Area" participants. This will be strictly enforced.......

Entry Fee: (1) bird $125.00, (3) birds for $300.00 with (1) going to rotation.
